Tajikistan denies reports of its citizens' involvement in terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall

Information about the involvement of Tajik citizens in the terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall is fake, the Foreign Ministry of Tajikistan said in a statement.

Report informs via TASS that Dushanbe said it did not receive such information from the Russian authorities.

"We emphasize that the Tajik side has not received confirmation from the Russian authorities of the currently circulating fake information about the involvement of Tajik citizens in the terrorist attack," the ministry said.

The terrorist attack that occurred the day before at the Crocus City Hall complex in Krasnogorsk left over 80 people dead. Two people, reportedly the citizens of Tajikistan, were detained as suspects in the case.
