Peskov: Putin, Xi Jinping start negotiations in narrow format

Russian President Vladimir Putin and Chinese President Xi Jinping continue negotiations in a narrow format, after which the leaders will talk face-to-face, Russian presidential spokesperson Dmitry Peskov told TASS, Report informs.

The meeting is taking place in Beijing on the sidelines of the Belt and Road Forum.

Putin and Xi Jinping held negotiations with the participation of delegations, which lasted about 1.5 hours.

Earlier it was reported that the leaders would talk in a limited format in the format of a working breakfast.
