The number of deaths from the COVID-19 virus worldwide has reached 5,002,643, Report informs, citing foreign media.
According to the information, over 245,000,000 have so far been infected with the virus.
The highest number of coronavirus deaths was registered in the United States (740,000), Brazil (606,000), and India (456,000). The first coronavirus death was announced on January 11, 2020.
