In Germany, the coronavirus bans can be lifted entirely in the coming days, not only for those who are vaccinated but also for all people, said Federal Minister of Justice and Consumer Protection Christine Lambrecht.
In Germany, which currently has more than 232,000 active coronavirus cases, rapid test centers have been set up in all cities. The number of test centers has been doubled after government agencies announced that some shops and markets could only accept citizens with negative test results. At the same time, large pharmacies and churches were involved in reducing the density of test centers. Citizens who receive an appointment via the Internet can approach these test centers and get the results electronically within 20 minutes by giving an example. The test result is valid for 24 hours.
In North Rhine-Westphalia, many government offices have already sent notices to citizens scheduled for a meeting after May 17 with a negative test result.
Private clinics have already been involved in vaccinating the population. Inoculation is carried out in these clinics without waiting in the queue.
The German Federal Ministry of the Interior has warned the public about a fake vaccination card. Police in many provinces have detained people selling fake vaccination cards.
