During January-October this year, the German Federal Office for Migration and Refugees made 792 decisions regarding Azerbaijani citizens.
In response to a request from the European Bureau of Report, the office noted that 319 asylum applications were rejected and only 53 citizens were allowed to remain in Germany.
The Federal Office stopped the consideration of 420 applications filed by Azerbaijani citizens.
The department emphasized that persons whose applications for asylum were not accepted for consideration were warned of the need to voluntarily leave the country.
