Former NATO Secretary General dies at 99

Baku. 10 July. REPORT.AZ/ Peter Carington, a long-serving British politician who was the last survivor of Prime Minister Winston Churchill’s government, has died. He was 99. Report informs citing the Sky News.
P. Carington headed the Foreign Ministry under Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher in 1979-1982. From 1984 to 1988 he served as NATO Secretary General.
