Fire erupts near French PM's residence in Paris

The fire broke out in the 7th arrondissement of Paris near the Matignon Palace, the residence of the French Prime Minister, France Bleu portal reports.
Report informs, citing RIA Novosti, that a fire broke out in a renovated building on the Cité Varennes, located near the Matignon Palace. The blaze did not affect the residence of the head of government, the newspaper notes.
Firefighters arrived at the emergency scene after 10.00. Firefighters urge to avoid the area where the fire occurred.
