Death toll from Bangkok pub fire rises to 37

The death toll from a major fire at the Rong Beer Na Lat Phrao pub in Bangkok's Lat Phrao district has risen to 37, Report informs, citing Thai PBS.

The TV channel cited Bangkok's Erawan Emergency Medical Center.

According to the information, the total number of people who died in hospitals after the incident has reached 10. Fifteen injured people are still receiving treatment, including 10 in intensive care.

The fire broke out at the venue overnight on July 12-13. According to preliminary information, the blaze started near the stage due to a short circuit caused by overloaded electrical equipment.
