Baku. 29 August. REPORT.AZ/ Attack was carried out at night in the Institute of Criminology in the north of the Belgian capital, Report informs citing the Russian TASS.
One or more persons in a car rammed the gates and detonated an explosive device near the location where the labs were located. A fire broke out.
Since there was no one building, the institute employees were not injured at the blast.
