Baku. 23 November. REPORT.AZ/ Starting from November 22 evening to November 23 morning, the weather in some areas of Azerbaijan was unstable, rainy and snowy.
Early autumn snow fell in Baku and Absheron peninsula, minimum temperature was -2 C.
