Baku. 16 October. REPORT.AZ/ The next plenary session of the autumn session of the Azerbaijani Parliament has started. Report informs that the agenda of the meeting, chaired by Ogtay Asadov, includes 17 issues.
They are the laws "On Banks", "On Mortgages", "About Lotteries", "On Administrative Proceedings", "On State registration of legal entities and state registry ", "On Identity Card of the Citizen of the Republic of Azerbaijan", "On Passports", " , "On Status of municipalities ", On fundamentals of funding municipalities” as well as amendments to Criminal, Administrative Violations, Civil, Civil Procedure, Tax, Customs Codes.
The new draft law "On protection of children from malicious information" will also be considered at the meeting.
