Foreign citizens cannot establish cybersecurity service providing companies in Azerbaijan

A citizen of another country cannot be the founder of a cybersecurity service provider in Azerbaijan, Report informs.
In this regard, a new article 20-3.5 has been added to the law "On information, informatization and protection of information".
