Azerbaijan may enact new law on social entrepreneurship 

A new Law on Social Entrepreneurship may be enacted in Azerbaijan, Adil Valiyev, head of the Social Legislation Department of the Azerbaijani Parliament, told Report.

According to him, the international experience shows that stimulating the development of social entrepreneurship should be accompanied by improving the legislation: "For this purpose, first of all, it would be expedient to adopt a law on social entrepreneurship in our country. We believe that the law should establish the concept of" social entrepreneurship " and reflect the basic principles of its activity, organizational and legal forms, requirements for each area of activity, etc."
