Alat Free Economic Zone entrepreneurs to get business visa

Foreigners doing business in the Alat Free Economic Zone in Azerbaijan will be issued a business visa, Report informs.

In this regard, amendments to the Migration Code are proposed.

A business visa will be issued to foreigners and stateless persons arriving in the country on the basis of an official request from Azerbaijan’s state bodies, legal entities or individuals operating in Azerbaijan, branches and representative offices of foreign legal entities, and for activities in the Alat Free Economic Zone on the basis of an application from an authorized body, administrative institution or legal entity of the Alat Free Economic Zone.
