ANAMA: 12,113 mines found in liberated areas this year

The Azerbaijan Mine Action Agency (ANAMA) detected 12,313 mines this year during the demining operations in the liberated territories, Report informs.
According to ANAMA, 8,780 antipersonnel mines, 4,133 anti-tank mines, and 14,950 unexploded ordnances were found and neutralized during mine clearance operations in Tartar, Aghdam, Khojavand, Fuzuli, Shusha, Gubadli, Jabrayil, and Zangilan during January-December this year.
As a result, 41,915.77 hectares were cleared of mines and unexploded ordnance.
