We are witnessing rapid progress of work in Garabagh, Turkish journalist from Haber Global television channel Hamza Ciftci told Report.
"Azerbaijan is working towards the restoration of the liberated territories and ensuring stability there. We are also witness to this. Since April 23, control has been ensured on Lachin road. Because due to lack of control, illegal and military transportation can be carried out. Therefore, this step is very important. Also, the Lachin road is the sovereign territory of Azerbaijan. Official Baku continues its work in a humane way. Let's hope that the attitude towards it will be adequate," he added.
