Turkish FM: Azerbaijan wins significant victory

"Azerbaijan has won a significant victory on the battlefield and at the negotiating table," Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu said on Twitter.
"I heartily congratulate you on this blessed success. We will continue to be one nation, one heart with our dear Azerbaijani brothers," Çavuşoğlu wrote.
According to Report, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, Russian President Vladimir Putin, and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan signed a ceasefire agreement on November 10.
