Putin: "Agreements on Nagorno-Karabakh are being observed"

The agreements on Nagorno-Karabakh are being respected. It creates conditions for the settlement of the conflict on a fair basis. Report informs citing the TASS, Russian President Vladimir Putin, said today at the BRICS summit.
“It is important that these agreements are respected. The hostilities have been completely stopped, and the situation is stabilizing,” Putin noted.
According to him, conditions have been created for a long-term and full-scale settlement of the crisis.
