"I think that some citizens will be relocated to Shusha at least next summer," Report quotes Faig Ismaylov, Chairman of the Organization for Protection of Monuments of History and Culture in the occupied territories of Azerbaijan.
According to him, some steps remain to ensure the water supply of the whole city of Shusha. The activities in this direction are nearing completion.
"The whole city is illuminated by generators. There are 3-5-story buildings in Shusha that were not destroyed. We will easily repair them so that people could settle there soon," Ismaylov said.
