Samad Seyidov blames PACE for undermining peace process

"Some are trying to undermine the peace between Azerbaijan and Armenia in the PACE," head of Azerbaijani delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe Samad Seyidov said during his speech at the spring session today.

“We have to establish a dialogue at a level of the PACE. There are attempts to mislead PACE by discussing some issues. Attempts to discuss the issue of Armenian "prisoners of war" in PACE without knowing the subject can only undermine the peace process between the two countries,” he said.
