Protest on Khankandi-Lachin road enters its 16th day

The protest against the illegal explotation of natural deposits in the Karabakh economic district of Azerbaijan on the Khankandi-Lachin road extending through Shusha has entered its 16th day.
Report's correspondent informs from the scene that the protest participants are provided with a place to sleep and hot meals.
No incidents were recorded during the night.
The protesters started the new day with singing the state anthem of Azerbaijan and patriotic songs.
Despite the frosty weather, the eco-activists are holding posters and chanting slogans in the Azerbaijani, Russian and English languages without creating any hindrance to traffic in both directions.
Their demands remain the same.
