Azerbaijan is working on the deep integration of Karabakh and Zangazur with the rest part of Azerbaijan, therefore, building railways, airports, and laying electricity distribution lines, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev told a meeting with the participants of the international conference 'South Caucasus: Development and Cooperation.'
The head of state added that Azerbaijan was deprived of its rivers because, for 30 years, Armenia had been blocking the Tartar river, causing drought when Azerbaijan needed water in spring and in summer, and unblocking the river in winter, thereby leading to floods.
The President noted that it was a real ecological terror.
