Ilham Aliyev: Mediators have not presented any plan

"The mediators- United States, Russia, and France- have not presented us with any plan to grant independence to Nagorno-Karabakh."

The President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev said in an interview with Fox News, Report informs.

"The peace plan proposes to return Azerbaijan all the occupied territories around Nagorno-Karabakh. These are the territories where Azerbaijanis lived, and more than 700 thousand were subjected to ethnic cleansing. Before the war, there were 40,000 Azerbaijanis there. All Azerbaijanis - 700,000 people - were expelled from the seven regions around Nagorno-Karabakh."
