ICRC vehicles carrying Armenians unimpededly move from Lachin to Khankandi - UPDATED

Conditions were created for the movement of another four vehicles of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) on the Khankandi-Lachin road passing through Shusha, Report informs.

Three passenger cars and a truck moved from Lachin to Khankandi without hindrance.

The vehicles carried seven Armenians.

This shows once again that there are no restrictions on the movement of humanitarian vehicles.
