Garafulic: Reconstruction work in Karabakh distinguished by its comprehensive development

The reconstruction work carried out in Karabakh is distinguished by its profound and comprehensive planning, UN Resident Coordinator a.i. in Azerbaijan, Igor Garafulic, said at the opening of the international conference on "Building Human Capital for Sustainable and Balanced Urban Development" as part of Baku Urban Week, Report informs.

"About two weeks ago, I visited Karabakh. What really left a very strong impression on me was how thoroughly everything was thought out and the high quality of this reconstruction," he noted.
