MoD: Enemy retreating from the battlefield, avenges in firing on civilians

As a result of the Azerbaijani Army's strikes, the Armenian armed forces are forced to withdraw.
The Defense Ministry's press service told Report that the enemy suffered heavy losses, and its military equipment was destroyed. The Armenian army leadership has already admitted its mistakes:
"They have to come with their plight.
As we liberate our lands, we seize the enemy's weapons as a trophy.
The Armenian armed forces are targeting civilians and civilian infrastructure in gross violation of international humanitarian law.
The Azerbaijani Army has only one task - to liberate the occupied territories without harming civilians, but only by striking military facilities. "
