Azerbaijan purchases new mine-clearing machines

"Modern demining machines have been bought to speed up mine clearance and increase efficiency," said Deputy Chief of the Engineering Troops, Colonel Jeyhun Jafarov.

According to him, Azerbaijan will receive some of the mine-clearing vehicles in the coming days.

"Moreover, some mine-detection devices have been purchased and handed over to the engineering forces," he added.
