Assistant to President speaks about Armenian captives

He said that the State Commission for Prisoners of War, Hostages and Missing Persons made a statement on the Armenian captives:

"The Republic of Azerbaijan showing its commitment to the Geneva Convention and international humanitarian law, as well as its high moral values, provided necessary medical care two wounded Armenian captives in Azerbaijan.
