Armenian delegation resorts to provocation at Euronest PA session

The Armenian delegation resorted to provocation at the 8th Ordinary Session of the Euronest Parliamentary Assembly in Tbilisi.

Georgian bureau of Report informs, head of the Armenian delegation used the expressions "the people of Nagorno-Karabakh" and "Artsakh".

Armenian deputy who mentioned the so-called "Armenian genocide", invited the session participants to honor the memory of all victims of genocides with a minute of silence. After the appeal of the Armenian deputy, only a few deputies rose. After the head of the Armenian delegation left the rostrum, the representative from Romania repeated his request. After that, all participants in the session stood up.

Member of the Milli Majlis Tahir Mirkishili, who spoke at the session, praised the respect in memory of the victims of the genocide. He informed the participants of the event that the armed units of the Armenians committed genocide in Khojaly.

The deputy also called on the international community to assist in the release of the hostages Dilgam Askerov and Shahbaz Guliyev, who are illegally detained in the occupied territories of Azerbaijan.
