There is an increase in the volume of goods transported by ADY Express LLC from Azerbaijan in transit mode. First of all, this applies to cargo transportation along the North-South International Transport Corridor.
The transportation of dairy products and fruit via the Iran-Azerbaijan-Russia route through the Astara cargo terminal increased. ADY Express has already transported 1,000 tons of dried milk and cheese from Iran to Russia. Besides, the company managed to transport 5050 tons of fruit from Astara to Astrakhan in two months.
Cargo transportation was carried out in refrigerated wagons provided by the company. The wagons were loaded at the Astara (Iran) cargo terminal and delivered to their destinations along the North-South International Transport Corridor.
Also, ADY Express transported biscuits and tea from Iran to Tajikistan via the Astara-Alat-Caspian Sea-Kazakhstan-Tajikistan route, transiting through Azerbaijan, which was an innovation as a type of cargo and the chosen route. These goods were also transported in refrigerated wagons provided by the company.
