S7 Group has decided to develop a low-cost aircraft.
Report informs, citing TASS, that Tatyana Fileva, head of Directors’ Board of S7 Airlines, made the due statement during a press conference.
“We will launch a new low-cost company,” she said.
S7 Group’s low-cost aircraft will use the Airbus 320 neo airplanes for 186 seats, Fileva added. It is expected to start flights in July 2022.
According to Fileva, it will be a separate company with a different business model and route network, but the shareholder will be the same.
