Prices for construction of residential buildings in Azerbaijan are stable

Baku. 7 February. REPORT.AZ/ In forth quarter of last year, prices for housing construction in Azerbaijan in comparison with the previous quarter rose by 0.3%. Report as reported in the State Statistics Committee, in the forth quarter, 2014 construction prices for surface facilities increased by 0.3%, roads and bridges - 0.2%.
In forth quarter prices of residential buildings' construction were not changed and remained stable in comparison with the previous quarter, while the cost of construction of social and industrial facilities increased by 0.8%.
Amongst public buildings prices for construction of administrative buildings increased by 0.4%, secondary schools - 0.8%.
And industrial construction prices went up by 0.8%.
