Baku. 12 October. REPORT.AZ/ Ilyaz Amrah Mammadov was awarded the personal scholarship of the President of Azerbaijan.
Report informs, President Ilham Aliyev has signed a relevant order.
I. Mammadov was awarded for merits in development of railway transport in Azerbaijan.
The Cabinet of Ministers was commissioned to solve issues arising from the order.
