Guinea-Bissau is preparing to launch a new, large-scale program aimed at redeveloping public spaces both in the capital and inland, José Carlos Esteves, Guinea-Bissau's Minister of Public Works, Housing, and Urban Planning, said during a ministerial roundtable discussion at the 13th session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13) in Baku, according to Report.
"The government is also taking its own steps to stimulate large-scale housing construction in cities.
