Azerbaijan is actively promoting climate solutions aimed at supporting post-conflict areas, Elshad Iskandarov, Ambassador-at-Large of the Azerbaijani Ministry of Foreign Affairs, said at the panel session "Peace-Positive Climate Action through Urban Solutions in Fragile and Conflict-Affected Settings" at the 13th session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13) in Baku, Report informs.
"Post-conflict states exposed to climate risks receive 100 times less financial resources than required to address existing problems.
