Flights from Baku to Nakhchivan have already been resumed, AZAL told Report.

The captain of Azerbaijan Airlines (AZAL) flight J2-251 Baku-Nakhchivan has decided to return to Heydar Aliyev International Airport due to unfavorable weather conditions (heavy fog).
Report informs, citing AZAL, that the plane landed at the airport at 08:50 am (GMT+4).
After the weather betters, passengers will leave for Nakhchivan.
