British company announces volume of precious metals produced in Azerbaijan

Anglo Asian Mining plc, the AIM-listed gold, copper, and silver producer focused in Azerbaijan, provided a production, sales, and operations review for its Gedabek gold, copper, and silver mining and production contract area in western Azerbaijan for the three months to 31 March 2021 ("Q1 2021") together with its production guidance for the full year to 31 December 2021 ("FY 2021").

In Q1 2021, the company produced 11,907 ounces of gold. This is 3,960 ounces or 24.9% less than in Q1 2020.

Copper production for Q1 2021 increased by 14% to 638 tonnes. Silver production for Q1 2021 totaled 35,365 ounces (2.1% more than in Q1 2020).

In Q1 2021, 15,810 gold equivalent ounces ("GEOs") were produced using budgeted metal prices.
