AzerGold attracted over 600M manats to Azerbaijani economy in 5 years

For the last five years, AzerGold CJSC has attracted over 639 million manats to the Azerbaijani economy from the sale of 248,000 ounces of gold and 446,000 ounces of silver, Chairman of the Board of AzerGold CJSC Zakir Ibrahimov said, Report informs.

He noted that during this period, 47 million manats, that is, only 7.3 percent of the total sales turnover, were allocated from the budget of the company for the implementation of projects for the production of non-ferrous metals.

Ibrahimov noted that taxes and fees for over 55.5 million manats have been paid to the state budget over these five years.
