Azerbaijan reduces iodine production by nearly 10%

In January-March of 2025, Azerbaijan produced 44 tons of iodine, marking a 9.7% decline year-on-year, Report informs, citing the country’s State Statistical Committee.
As of April 1, the country had a final product inventory of 22.5 tons.
Overall, 208 tons of iodine were produced in Azerbaijan in 2024, which is the same compared in 2023.
