Tokyo-2020: Four Azerbaijani athletes will perform today 

Today, four Azerbaijani athletes will perform at Tokyo 2020 Summer Olympic Games.

Report informs that Nazim Babayev will compete in athletics, Islam Abbasov in Greco-Roman wrestling. Babayev, who will compete in the triple jump, is in Group A. The 24-year-old, who will compete against 15 opponents, must be in the top 12 to reach the final. Although Babayev's best result was 17.29 meters, he was satisfied with 16.57 meters as the best result of the season. It ranks 21st in the world. The fight will start at 4:00 (GMT +4).

At 6:00, Greco-Roman wrestler Islam Abbasov will compete with Cuban Daniel Gregoric in the 1/8 final.

Another Greco-Roman wrestler Rafig Huseynov will face Lamjed Maafi from Tunisia, and Alice Manolova will compete with Meerim Jumanazarova from Kyrgyzstan.
