The Royal Windsor Horse Show, traditionally held in honor of members of the British Royal Family, ended on May 14, 2023, Report informs, citing the press center of the State Border Service (SBS).

It was noted that this international horse show, to which Azerbaijan has been invited since 2012, has become an extremely important platform for promoting the ancient and unique Azerbaijani culture. At the same time, unique show programs and performances, demonstrated annually by the Azerbaijani delegation, have become an integral part of this grandiose event.

Thanks to the comprehensive support of the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, headed by First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva, in the preservation and popularization of the Karabakh horses, which are the national treasure of Azerbaijan, significant work has been carried out in recent years to promote the Karabakh horse breed as an Azerbaijani brand around the world. Among these events, a demonstration of Karabakh horses takes a special place at the Windsor Royal Horse Show.

At this year's Royal Windsor Horse Show, Azerbaijan was once again represented by a cavalry detachment and a dance ensemble of the State Border Guard Service, which managed to impress the audience with already traditional performances. The performances of Azerbaijani representatives in national costumes were especially distinguished and won the sympathy of a large audience.
