The number of participants for the European Men's and Women's Gymnastics Championship held in Baku has been declared, Report informs.
According to the European Gymnastics' official website, 324 gymnasts from 39 countries, including 159 adults and 165 juniors, will take part in the competition, which will start on December 9 at the National Gymnastics Arena. The championship will last five days.
The women's struggle will begin on December 17. In the four-day championship, 304 athletes from 15 nations, including 157 adults and 147 juniors, will participate.
In fact, the men were to perform in Baku on May 27-31, and the women in Paris, France, from April 30 to May 3. However, both races were postponed due to a coronavirus pandemic.
On May 21-24, the European Rhythmic Gymnastics Championship had to take place in Kyiv, Ukraine. The fate of this race will be exact on September 28.
