SBS chief: "Helicopter is almost new, repaired recently"

"The pilot of the helicopter is one of our pilots who is instructed to fly in the most difficult conditions. He is one of our pilots with the opportunity and permission to fly. Colonel Fuzuli Javadov also took part in the First Karabakh War," the chief of the State Border Service (SBS), Colonel-General Elchin Guliyev, told a press conference today over the crash of the military helicopter.

He said the helicopter was almost new and had recently been repaired.
