Today, the Baku Court of Grave Crimes is holding the trial on the criminal case of Avakyan Grach Arzumanovich, Serobyan Gegham Samvelovich, Bagasyan Armen Yegizari, Gasparyan Gor Vagramini, Sefilyan Kamo Karenovich, Hakobyan Volodiya Vachagani, Asatryan Gevorg Norairovich, Yengoyan Sisak Grishai, Petrosyan Albert Kamoyevich, Sedrakyan Romik Misakini, Minasyan Aram Garnikovich, Minosyan Mkrtich Simonovich, Matesyan Edgar Vachaganovich, and Karapetyan Yuri Tigranovich - the members of Armenian armed groups, who committed terrorist acts in the country.

According to Report, the accused Minosyan testified at the trial chaired by Judge Afgan Hajiyev.

Thus, he was drafted from the military commissariat in Gyumri in November:

"We were armed there and came to Lachin at night. We passed the Russian peacekeepers. They left us unchecked. Then we climbed the mountain. Our commander was Arsen Kazaryan. We were divided into groups and provided with food. On December 13, we were instructed to go down the mountain. When we fell, the Azerbaijani Armed Forces detained us; we surrendered our weapons to them."

Answering the prosecutor's questions, he said that he served in the military in the Khojaly region of Azerbaijan in 2016-2018: "I knew that those territories belonged to Azerbaijan.
