Elmir Valizade: Prefix 099 has already been allocated to Bakcell - EXCLUSIVE

New operator code – 099 prefix has already been allocated to Azerbaijan’s mobile operator Bakcell, Deputy Minister of Transport, Communication and High Technologies Elmir Valizade told Report.

According to him, use of this code depends on the mobile operator: "This is a commercial secret. However, this prefix has already been allocated and Bakcell can use it after signing the contract."

Note that besides 050 and 051 prefixes, Azercell, another mobile operator in Azerbaijan, is expected to launch 010 prefix.
