"In the coming days and months, all countries need to seek ways to return to a new normal life. We should use all the ways to prevent the spread of the disease as our new social and economic life continues. People should follow the rules of hygiene and keep social distancing," Report quotes, WHO Representative in Azerbaijan Hande Harmanci.
According to her, countries and governments can fight the disease by taking measures specific to local, regional, and rural areas, instead of a strict quarantine regime. As WHO, we will fight this disease by applying local closures in the areas where the disease is widespread.
