Number of people vaccinated in Azerbaijan disclosed

Some 45,041 people received their anti-coronavirus shots in Azerbaijan today, the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers told Report.

The number of those who got their first jab reached 6,583 people today, while 9,746 people got their second dose of the vaccine. As many as 28,880 people got immunized with the third (booster) dose of a COVID vaccine.

To date, 9,798,866 coronavirus vaccine jabs have been administered to the population in Azerbaijan. Of this, 4,980,380 citizens have received their first shot only, while 4,406,811 got both doses.
