Covid-19 in Azerbaijan: New cases falling

Over the past week, a daily decrease in the number of COVID-19 infections has been observed in Azerbaijan. Report informs, the State Agency for Compulsory Health Insurance has disseminated an infographic.
It was noted that if on 3 August the number of registered cases of infection was 241, then on August 9 figure was 87.
Notably, today, 2,714 active patients with Covid-19 treated in Azerbaijan. The total number of people infected with coronavirus was 33,568 people, of which 30,364 people have already recovered, 490 people have died.
