New COVID deaths exceed 40 in Azerbaijan 

The number of people who tested positive for coronavirus in Azerbaijan has reached 4,241 in one day, while 3,366 patients have recovered.

Report informs citing the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers that 43 patients succumbed to the deadly pathogen.

Overall, the country has reported 413,986 coronavirus cases, 358,230 recoveries, and 5,512 deaths. The current number of active cases reaches 50,244.

Azerbaijan has performed 4,414,517 tests since the pandemic began, including 18,871 over the past day.
