COVID-19 recoveries exceed new infections in Azerbaijan

Over the past day, Azerbaijan has recorded 3,845 new coronavirus cases and 3,876 recoveries.

Report informs, citing the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers, that 41 people succumbed to the deadly pathogen in one day.

Overall, Azerbaijan has reported 428,736 coronavirus cases, 370,002 recoveries, and 5,677 deaths since the pandemic began. The current number of active cases reaches 53,057 people.

Over the past day, the country has conducted 19,102 tests, taking their total number to 4,481,039.
